Continuing our tour...

The Partridge back yard. Notice that the back of the house is still painted blue (since it was never seen in the ABC TV movie). This view of the Partridge home was only seen infrequently on "The Partridge Family" in such episodes as when Tracy celebrates her birthday (episode 49) when Snake gets married (episode 54), and the episode below (episode 86).

Grandman & Grandpa Renfrew trying to enjoy a relaxing day in the yard... with Ricky singing!

Another backyard shot. The stairs on the right went up to the "garage apartment" seen far more frequently in the Patti LuPone series "Life Goes On" than on "The Partridge Family" (it is seen briefly in episode 49). Yup, Corky and the clan also lived in the Partridge house and, in fact, it was for "Life Goes On" that the house was painted blue.

The entryway that leads from the house to the garage. During the Partridge years, the gate was on the other side of the garage, closer to the yard than the driveway.

You'll remember that the Partridge's front lawn was lined with a white picket fence (see the first page of the tour). A fence was put back up for the ABC movie, then taken back down and discarded behind the garage.
