I would have hoped that if the show had run a 5th season we would have finally been done with the Shirley's parents are fighting story lines, but since they found Jackie Coogan to take over for Ray Bolger, I'm sure it would have continued much like Star Trek: the Next Generation always had it's annual Q and Lwaxana Troi stories.
Jackie Coogan did do a nice job of taking over the character though.

What is with Reuben coming up with Little Ricky's song? I wonder if he is preparing to do a show with Alan (Kincaid from the last episode) and Ricky paired up?
