One of my favorites, especially Keith's Mother of the Year speech & the song, As Long As there's you.

One of my favorites, too. There's that stock shot of the bus driving under the tree branch again. Some director must have loved that shot! I halfway expected to see Meredith Baxter the mermaid swimming in the crick. ;-)

Hey, there's Rick Hurst, practically playing Cletus from The Dukes of Hazzard before we even knew there was a Hazzard County. How cool! (On top of that, there's Yvonne Wilder, whom I've always enjoyed...and the hilarious Edgar Buchanan! I used to watch anything he was on!)

I saw Buchanan on a 1966 edition of I've Got A Secret not too long ago, and his secret was that he was a dentist! In fact, he was still occasionally performing dentistry after he became an actor, even on the set of shows such as Petticoat Junction, where he pulled the tooth of his stand-in!

I think this is the first (and only?) time we see the five Partridge kids performing without Shirley (who was sitting in the audience at the Mother of the Year dinner).

And as always, once again, poor Rueben. Laughing

Come on Gord, what about that "terrible" version (sans Shirley) of "Baby I Love, Love, I Love You" from Episode 15?

Actually they're seen performing by themselves without Shirley in the Season 1 Episode 15: Mom Drops Out. And in Season 1 Episode 17: Why Did The Music Stop?

As Long As There's You penned by Tony Romeo actually appeared as track #3 on Crossworld Puzzle, not Notebook. There's a song on Notebook called As Long As You're There penned by Adam Miller which I can see where people would get confused by the similarties of the titles.

:D

I think Keith's speech is really moving in this episode and really plays well.

Did you all notice that the waitress in this episode is the same one who appears in "Point me in the Direction of Alburquerque" who is swattaing all the flies in the restaurant?
