Here's more detail on the area of the Ranch where some of the scenes were filmed. The park is very close to the partridge facade, the pool, and the "Friends" fountain.

I'm watching this one tonight.
It's gonna be hard to limit myself to watching only one episode.

Thanks, Scott. I'm going to have to watch early this week and catch up on all this great information. I just got back from getting my kids settled in at their colleges this past week, and now I've got to catch up at work! _________________ Karen |

Awww. What a feel-good episode! That was good. Danny and Rueben are really great together. It’s amazing! I love David’s voice on this song.
Is it my imagination, or does David seem to have a permanent smile on his face during this episode? _________________ Karen |

Only the 2nd episode and they already knew that the Danny/Reuben combination worked.
Have to recheck for David's permanent smile.
Never noticed this before.

I'm just guessing that David was enjoying the nice and not so little perk of having Farrah make an appearance on this episode. _________________ Karen |

I'll bet they never even met, since they are not in any scenes together. |

Really That's interesting. It just seems that he would have seen her around with all the time he had to spend there, at least at the lunch truck! It also seems like she would have wanted to meet him if she could, right? It would be much more surprising to me if their paths didn't cross, but it sounds like you are familiar with the making of TV programs and I'm not. So I've learned something new. _________________ Karen |

It's just my guess. The New York Street area of the Ranch, where this was filmed, is on the other side of the Ranch from where their Soundstage (Stage 30) and dressing rooms were. The only people that would have been on call for filming are Dave and Danny. Farrah was relatively unknown at this point. But, what do I know? I'm just playing "Hardy Boy." |

Oh, that makes sense. Thanks for the info. _________________ Karen |

Seeing Farrah in this episode makes me think how lucky we are that all of the main cast of The Partridge Family is still alive. Dave Madden will be 80 in December. And as for the guest star in this episode, good grief, Harry Morgan is 96! Wow! |

Willie is shown walking past a doorway with a mailbox on the curb. The next shot shows the pretty girl walking around the corner. In the next shot, Willie is just approaching the doorway with no mailbox on the curb. Also, when Danny snaps a picture, there is still no mailbox on the curb.
