Hey, Partridge People!
Just a quick reminder that this section can and can't be used for.
You CAN offer to trade, sell or loan any merchandise that was commercially available at one point in stores. If you want to get rid of your magazines, CDs, LPs, lunch boxes, paper dolls, trading cards, View Masters, etc. That's OK.
You CANNOT offer to sell anything that was NOT commercially available in stores. That means you cannot sell CDs of unreleased music such as Bulletin Board or other songs that appeared on TV; you cannot create merchandise to sell either. (Didja ever see those hand-made wall clocks on eBay? ) You can't sell videos tapes of Partridge Family and/or cast appearances. (You can however trade or give them away.) The problems start when monies exchange hands.
Unfortunately, creating/selling home made material is considered illegal, and since "the powers that be" check in from time to time, we can't be in the middle of that kind of stuff. If you do it privately, we have no knowledge. But please understand that if you involve us, we are liable.
Anyone who can't follow these simple guidleines will have to sit in the back of the bus with Simone's smelly skunk. |
