Do any of you have any fond memories of lip-synching to the PF songs????
We (my bro and sis) would make sure our "instruments" were set up in front of the TV so that when they started singing the featured song; we would sing right along with them. Embarassed Man! I wonder if my parents were laughing their heads off in the other room spying on us????

Oh yeah.....fond memories there! My best friend, Veronica (whom I still keep in touch with) and I would be on the swingset in her grandmothers backyard, and we would alway sing "I Think I Love You", taking turns singing the lead and backing vocals. What a hoot that was, one time we got swinging so high, the whole swingset went over! Good thing no one was hurt. Years later, it was those memories that drove me to actually take up the guitar and learn how to play it....still doing that too!

I remember swinging on playground swings and once I got high enough, I would twist around in the seat and go all over the place.

My friends an dI always used to play PARTRIDGE as well as The DeFrancos. With the PF, we set up my WURLY EP 200 as well as an ESTEE Chord organ, we had guitars, tambourine, wood block, triangle, as well as a cowbell. I WANTED IT ALL!! We would actually play along with the records, so it was turned up loud. My folks always had a problem with that!! LOL With the DeFranco's we would perform dance routines to the songs. Those were such fun times. Now at 43, I still play along with the CD's, but I can actually play!!! I still have my WURLY!!

I still have my Magnus Chord Organ. Wink My sister and I didn't not play along with the PF because doing so would distract from our viewing of DC. We had our priorities straight! Wink

We played PF all the time. Except I made up my OWN charcter. I was a neighbor who was sorely needed to play the recorder in the band.
