During the 1971-1972 second season, there was a back up party group when Susan Dey took "Meathead" Rob Reiner & the "Days Of Acne And Roses" episode when Susan took another guest to the dance. There was a song called "Cool Aid" by Paul Humphrey & His Cool Aid Chemists back in June of 1971 which is similar to the song called "Move Over" by Steppenwolf (back in October of 1969). The song "Cool Aid" (which is an instrumental) went to # 29 on the Billboard Hot 100 Charts while the song "Move Over" went to # 31. Both songs were done by Gabriel Mekler. The song "Cool Aid" reminds me of the back up party group when they were playing a strange type song during the dance.

By the way, the song "Cool Aid" can only be found on "Soul Hits Of The '70s: Didn't It Blow Your Mind, Vol. 5" (Rhino) which was released back in February of 1991 but the Didn't It Blow Your Mind series is NO longer made. Shocked
