So, who here has any Partridge Family related sheet music? Here are the song books I have.
The Partridge Family: Album
The Partridge Family: Up To Date
The Partridge Family: Sound Magazine
The Partridge Family: Shopping Bag
The Partridge Family: Complete - Easy Guitar arrangements
David Cassidy: Cherish
My ultimate PF sheet music wish would be to see published a song book with note-for-note, instrument-for-instrument transcriptions of all The Partridge Family songs ever recorded. Much like The Beatles Complete Scores. |

Wow, I never saw the PF Shopping Bag music book. I would definitely have bought it if I had seen it. I have the music to Album and Up to Date in one combined music book, plus I have the Cherish and Rock Me Baby music books. I'm pretty sure I have Sound Magazine too. "My First Night Alone Without You" from the Cherish album sounds really cool on the piano the way they arranged it in the music book I have.
I agree about them publishing a music book with note-for-note transcriptions of all the music for PF. That would be really cool! I would also want it for all of DC's songs as well. |

I have the first four songbooks for the Partridge Family and Cherish for David Cassidy (I think I have Rock Me Baby, too, but I can't put my hands on it right now).
I'd love to have sheet music for every PF song ever recorded (even the "unreleased/lost" songs). Maybe if I keep on dreaming. . .

Those of you who have the sheet music, how do the arrangements sound? Are they close or just ballpark? I used to have "Cherish" & "Rock Me Baby"....have no idea where they are now. I think I played one song out of each when I was a kid. But I was a kid ya know? Should search my mom's house and see if I can find those books now. |

I have tons. I have complete songbooks for:
The Partridge Family Album
Up To Date
Sound Magazine
Shopping Bag
At Home With Their Greatest Hits
Notebook
The Partridge Family Favourites
Simple Bradley Partridge Family
The Partridge Family Complete
The Partridge Family's Biggest Hits
The Partridge Family Deluxe Double Souvenir Album
The Partridge Family: Today's Sound Concert Band (Full orchestrations for concert bands)
David Cassidy Cherish
Rock Me Baby
The David Cassidy Songbook
Plus I have sheet music for every individual single released.
Somewhere I also have copies of some of John Bahler's hand-written lead sheets for the background vocals.
Can you tell I'm into this music? |

Hey gang!
I believe Scott's list is pretty complete as to released songbooks.
RE: EVERY single released? I am not aware of "Lookin' for a Good Time" as having sheet music. Is that correct Scott?
One you left off was "I heard you Singin' Your song" which was part of a songbook by David Cassidy. |

You'll have to scour eBay. They come up fairly often, with the exception of Notebook. That one's kinda rare I guess. |
